A Welcome from our Pastor

Thank you for visiting our website. I hope you find it helpful in learning about our church family. Let me personally invite you to visit us for a Sunday service or a Wednesday night. Our church family is culturally diverse and welcoming to all age groups. I know you will find a place where you feel right at home. I look forward to meeting you soon!

What to Expect

Our church gathers each Sunday morning for Worship at 10:40 A.M. We also strongly encourage you to connect with one of our Sunday School Fellowships at 9:30 A.M., or one of our Discipleship Programs throughout the week.

Sunday morning worship is blended and dress is casual. We offer age appropriate programs for the whole family. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable so we will have greeters at the entrances to help you find your way around and make this your home.

What Sunday School classes are offered?

We offer Sunday School classes for all ages; from newborns to senior adults. No matter your stage in life, we have a Sunday School class for you. When you visit on Sunday morning a friendly greeter will walk you to the appropriate class for every member of your family.

What do I do if I have young children for Worship?

During the worship hour our dedicated preschool staff cares for children ages 0-5. The children enjoy their own worship times, snacks, activities, and a bible study. Preschool is also available during the 9:30 A.M. Sunday School hour. Check out our Preschool Ministry for more information.

Is there a place for elementary age children?

Yes! We have an exciting Sunday School department for K-6th grade kids at 9:30 am. Located upstairs in the children’s wing, they start with breakfast, music & singing in a large group before breaking into their individual classes.
Additionally we have a Wednesday night RA’s and GA’s program, as well as Sunday night Children’s choir and Children’s Discipleship. We have a fun and active Children’s Ministry, check it out.

Are there any activities for teens?

Yes! Youth grades 7th-12th meet at 9:30 A.M. on Sunday mornings downstairs in the Youth Department for Sunday School.  Wednesday evenings the students enjoy a worship service designed for them. Youth Choir meets at 4:15 P.M. on Sunday afternoons, followed by youth discipleship from 5-6 P.M. You can find more information about our Student ministries here.

How do I join College Heights Baptist Church?

Membership is contingent upon a relationship with Jesus Christ. Once salvation is assured, then we will ask you to be baptized by immersion as spoken in the New Testament. You can join by responding to the invitation after each service or by contacting our church office at 806.293.3644 and setting up an appointment with the pastor.

How do I join if I am already a Christian?

If you have already accepted Christ and have been baptized by immersion, then College Heights accepts all membership from churches of like faith. Simply respond to the invitation time, or call the church office and the pastor will set up a “meet and greet” to get to know you better.

What now?

Visit us during a Sunday service or be our guest on Wednesday nights. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our church office or email us.
